Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon
Nonsurgical options give only mild improvement compared to surgical lifting. Skin tightening can be done with a combination of Vanquish, truSculpt iD, Venus Legacy, Exilis, and Cellutone/Zwave. However for best results, an arm lifting procedure can be combined with a high definition procedure at the same time. I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermiRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a hi definition physique expert. Best, Dr. Emer
SculpSure can treat people with considerable excess fat and also helps those close to their ideal body weight who have smaller stubborn bulges that do not disappear despite good diet and exercise. The smaller the bulge the less treatments necessary.Because SculpSure uses heat many patients may also get tightening of the skin with a firmer texture over the area where fat is reduced. The heat has a collagen stimulating effect and can thicken skin.
Though there are many options and you need to go in and be evaluated, besides all of that..my go to is the TruSculpt 3D these days for the arm skin tightening! It is amazing for this! This technology was just released in May of this year but it is taking the Cellulite reduction and tightening to a whole new level of greatness! I am soo soo impressed. My recommendation is look on Cutera.com website for a provider of TruSculpt 3D near you and go there first for an evaluation because if you fit everything to have this done...this will do the trick most likely in a single session, too! And if you go to a clinic or office without this technology then I don't think it will be what is recommended first line since it isn't even there! Hope this helps and best of luck with your results...I know you will be pleased with TruSculpt 3D..given results we have seen..it is a Wow! Dr. Amy
It is hard to say what one treatment is "best" for skin tightening. In general, anything that does a good job of heating the dermal layer and the muscle layer should result in significant tightening. Some very good options are Ulthera and Vaser Shape. A newer treatment, J Plasma, is also showing excellent tightening. I would recommend a consultation with a physician who specializes in aesthetic medicine. If you have excess fat in addition to loose skin, you may be a candidate for Vaser Liposuction. However, if your skin is extremely loose, you may need to consider surgically removing some of it. Best of luck to you.
