Plastic surgery scars require attention after surgery so that they remain cosmetically-appealing and barely noticeable. I am so sorry that you have this problem.  Unfortunately, your best option is excision of the keloid with skin closure, and serial injections of steroids.  I'm afraid that even that regimen can't guarantee that it won't return. Often keloid treatment can be treated with excision and steroid injection.  Good luck ti your decision to move forward.
