Keloid removal from breast? (photos)

Plastic surgery scars require attention after surgery so that they remain cosmetically-appealing and barely noticeable. In our office, we use a protocol for scars that minimizes their activity in the 6-8 weeks after surgery. I am so sorry that you have this problem.  Unfortunately, your best option is excision of the keloid with skin closure, and serial injections of steroids.  I'm afraid that even that regimen can't guarantee that it won't return. Often keloid treatment can be treated with excision and steroid injection.  Good luck ti your decision to move forward.

Keloids are problematic.  The first line of treatment is injection or topicals but this keloid is beyond that.  Excision with adjuvant therapeutic radiotherapy could be an option; I am uncertain why you believe that radiation is not an option.  I would think that cryotherapy would cause the same inflammatory scar response as with a surgical technique.
