Surgical prices vary by region, surgeon reputation, and surgical experience.  Typically when removing buttock implants, drains should be placed because the empty pocket will want to fill up with fluid. If this is not drained it is highly likely to form a fluid collection (aka seroma).  The good news is, buttock implant removal is relatively painless compared to  having them put in and thus the recovery is much quicker as well.
