Most patients do not require touch up procedures after a Brazilian Butt Lift. Of course, some patients may have small areas that bother them, and in this case your surgeon should be willing to help. Best of luck!
Many, if not most patients will require only one fat grafting procedure to get a good result. The degree of permanent fat "take" is , however, not entirely predictable . Depending on the percentage take and your overall expectations a second procedure could be required.
Hello dear!!Thanks for the question and provided information as well. You can maintain your BBL results permanently with exercise and a clean diet. Lifting, squats and lunges after a BBL will only help increase muscle bulk and definition and achieve a more projected buttocks. If you have any concerns, I suggest you follow up close with your plastic surgeon.Good luck :)
A BBL may only be done once, but there are those patients that want more and a secondary procedure can often be offered. Best of luck.
Touch up surgery is done when a patient is reasonably displeased with their surgical outcome and when the surgeon feels that a touch up,procedure will improve the patients outcome. Touch ups are neither the norm nor the rule. Good luck!
Most patient only have one fat transfer to the buttocks, after the initial post operative swelling has subsided (usually in the first 3 to 6 weeks) the majority of the remaining fat should survive and remain present indefinitely. However, it is possible to perform further fat grafting to the buttock if the patient desires. Best wishes, Dr. Lepore.

If you feel that your butt is too large after a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), the excess fat that was transferred can definitely be removed. I would recommend that you wait until at least 6 months post-op from the original surgery so that you can see how much of the original fat transferred...
Brazilian Butt Lift with transfer of the fat into the smaller of your two buttocks cheeks would definitely help your asymmetry. I recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine if you are a good candidate for the operation.
