I had fat transfer to my hips about 4 months ago. My hips were at 40" but they went to 39.5" because I went through a stressful time and lost some weight. If i gained back my weight will my hips get larger? Another question is if I began working out again will it destroy the fat transferred to my hips?

Its too soon to think on another surgery. You are still with inflamtion. Your butt is going to turn better on a couple of months. Just be patience. Keep talking with your surgeon.
