Will gaining weight cause the fat transferred to my hips to get larger?

I had fat transfer to my hips about 4 months ago. My hips were at 40" but they went to 39.5" because I went through a stressful time and lost some weight. If i gained back my weight will my hips get larger? Another question is if I began working out again will it destroy the fat transferred to my hips?
