I am asking if there's any way to make the both sides of my head to look the same.At first I thought it was my hair but when I got a haircut there's a some sort of a flat on the right side of my skull. When I look at the mirror the left side looks normal with its round sides but when I look at my right side, needless to say my self esteem deteriorates. Is there any way to change that?

Forehead osteoma are common. They can be surgically removed easily. I usually make an incision behind the hairline and knock it off with a chisel, then file it smooth with a file. Can be done easily under local anesthesia in about 15 minutes.
Based on your photo it seems that your skull is cone-shaped, with a extra length at the vertex (top of the head). The proper correction of this bony deformity will require cranioplasty, or reshaping of the skull, which is usually done by neurosurgeons and is an extensive surgical procedure....
It is possible to correct such defects with properly sized and placed orbital floor implants or grafting. The surgery does take a couple of weeks to recover from. Find a facial plastic surgeon or occuloplastic surgeon that routinely treats trauma.
