When is it okay to cook and wash dishes after tummy tuck surgery?

I'm 20 post op and yesterday I cook a quick meal and then did the dishes after. I feel good haven't had any pain or discomfort. I think I was just nervous about having done that. Is it okay to cook and do dishes every now and then?

There are no exercises that will correct a diastasis recti.  The only factor which will correct a diastasis is tightening of the muscle with sutures during a tummy tuck.  However, exercising prior to your tummy tuck is a great idea for overall conditioning and weight control.  You...

The better question should be...........Am I really a candidate for lipo of the abdomen with my present thin skin? Based on the photos you have provided, I would caution you against having lipo done to the abdomen. Your basic issue is not localized area of fat which is what lipo will improve....
