I'm 20 post op and yesterday I cook a quick meal and then did the dishes after. I feel good haven't had any pain or discomfort. I think I was just nervous about having done that. Is it okay to cook and do dishes every now and then?

If your concern is primarily to harvest fat and it's not an large amount of fat, then the changes will probably be minimal. But if you're doing it to improve the contour of the abdomen, then you should expect loose stretched skin to remain that way. It may not hang any more than it does...
