Will going bra-less two weeks after breast reduction and lift affect the perkiness of my breast? If so how long after surgery can I go bra-less or switch to a different type of bra?

Thanks for the question. After 3-4 weeks your operation area is totally healed and yes you can do exercising and also do other sport activities. I wish you all the best.
But achieving a B cup is a little challenging due to issues such as your chest size, weight, and other factors. I never guarantee a cup size result as cups vary among manufacturers too. I can only guarantee that they will have a smaller cup size and patients can influence what I do...
As noted by others on this post, drains after breast reduction have been shown to be unnecessary in the first place. But if a plastic surgeon still uses drains for breast reduction, I have no real problem with that. However, keeping a drain in for an excessive period risks problems....
