When to know you need a new surgeon? (Photo)

Mid 2022, I traveled out of state for neck, face, brow, and lip lift plus work on a collapsed nostril and dermabrasion. My surgeon with 40 plus years experience was recommended by Dr Bryan Mendelson’s clinic. Follow up zoom consults Dr said everything could be fixed minimally except for collapsed nostril, his staff would arrange everything; they didn’t. Months of requesting info so can move to next step, they are refusing to provide it. I have lost confidence with them; do I persist?
