Dissatisfied with Alarplasty result. Any suggestions? (photos)

You are early in the post op period and in the midst of the "angriest" period of scar healing. Red, thickened scars will relax over the course of 4-6 weeks and massage (with your surgeon's permission) can help. This is all normal and I would not be too concerned about it at this time. From the photos you've submitted, I really do not see a huge amount of asymmetry between your nostrils. If there is any complaint at all, I do think your nasal tip appears a bit more bulbous, but that is to be expected and should have been discussed pre-operatively. Stand alone alarplasty has limitations and really should not be overdone as it will affect the rest of the nose when it has been over resected. I think your surgeon's restraint in not over resecting should be commended. 

I recommend you wait until your 6 month-1 year post-op mark before considering any more surgery to the area. Typically the nose can take up to 1 year for swelling to fully diminish. If you are still not satisfied after time, I recommend you seek a second opinion. Please make sure to consult with a physician who has years of experience in facial cosmetic surgeries.good luck!
