3 Weeks ago I had an alarplasty performed as a stand alone procedure. While the nostrils have been reduced in circumference slightly I am dissatisfied with the asymmetry and was hoping for more. Scaring at the bottom is also not ideal (although early days) Am I being unrealistic? or should I consider a revision after 6 months? Thank you for your thoughts
