Hey so I’ve been doing my own PRP facials via microneedeling with the depth at around 2mm...and I've just gotten some powered vitamin C, which is like to use with my PRP facial and I’m wondering if they will work together effectively with the microneedlong?

The BROAD answer is yes. Any trauma to your skin can 'awaken' conditions like vitiligo, lupus, psoriasis, and many others. This is called KOEBNER. However in your situation its probably due to transient neuropraxia of one of your motor nerves - a small branch. This will settle in time....
Microneedling should be done at a depth that does not cause PIH. That is one of the benefits of using microneedling compared to other traditional skin treatments such as laser or chemical peels. Hope this helps!
