Hi I’m hoping to have a revision rhinoplasty done in a few months .i have found a new dr to do my revision and he is excellent with fantastic reviews. I will be having temporalis fascia grafts done during an open revision most likely. My first surgery was open surgery and took around two hours. Is it okay to go for second open surgery I am nervous about blood flow and things like that.i am a healthy woman in my thirties and I don’t smoke Thanks in advance
