Brown spots turned into raised black spots after IPL?

I’ve had a few times IPL treatments a year ago and the 2 flat brown spots have turned into raised black spots, and they seem to have increased in size (only a little bit)?

Thank you for your question. bacteria loves heat so with any laser treatment there is a risk of temporary breakouts. it will subside.
