What can I do for breakouts after my 4th IPL session? (photos)

Wondering if anybody has suggestions. I had an IPL session on my face two weeks ago. A few days after I started getting little bumps all over my face and some acne spots. This is my 4th treatment and have had no issues before other than the dark spots getting darker. I only exfoliated a week after and now my skin is horribly broken out in bumps and redness and pimples. The treatment office hasn’t seen a reaction like this.  I did fly a transatlantic flight the next day and not sure if that made a difference with dryness etc. what can I use to calm this down?!

I would not recommend getting an IPL facial if you do have a history of vitiligo.  You may be susceptible to new areas of discoloration or further discoloration of your current areas.  Please consult with a certified dermatologist before doing any laser/light device treatments. Best,
