Could paranasal augmentation, implants or tip plasty bring the nose forward? (Photos)

Based on your photos you may benefit from the tip refinement to put it forward by my own techniques. Rhinoplasty is one of the most challenging procedures in plastic surgery, and tip plasty is its most difficult aspect. The lower lateral cartilage is (LLC) is the primary structure that is responsible for the shape and function of the ala. I have developed a Novel Technique which is called as Superior-Based Transposition Flap to reshape, relocalize and reinforce the LLC as a support material for both internal and external valves with aesthetic corrections, leaving the scroll area untouched.

Because your morphed image shows a premaxillary augmentation with increased opening to the nasolabial angle, and you have a flatter midface in general, a typically rhinoplasty is not gong to by itself create that type of nasal base base change. Your midface needs to be augmented with your rhinoplasty. Whether such premaxillary-paranasal-maxillary augmentation is done by using your own tissues or various types of implants is open for preoperative discussion.

Hello and thank you for your question.The angle you mean to change its known as the nasolabial angle, and the changes you want can either be addressed with the use of a paranasal or pre-spine implant or graft,or a septal extension technique. You and your doctor should decide which of these alternatives will work better for you.
