I want to get my nose brought forward, to correct the angle of my upper lip, to correct the angle between my upper lip and nose tip (90> degrees) and to have a forwarded, well-developed maxilla.1- Are the paranasal implants such as Medpor paranasal implants in the photos the only way? Can it be done just by tip plasty itself?2- If the paranasal implants are chosen, can they be placed together with tip plasty under local anesthesia?3- Can any plastic surgeon place these paranasal implants?
