Will Rhinoplasty still go ahead with eye infection?

Thanks for the question.  I would recommend you call and make an appointment to see your surgeon.  Then he can evaluate you in person to decide what’s best.

Generally speaking, it shouldn't be an issue at all.  Presuming that your local doctor has already started topical eye drops, a minor conjunctival infection should settle within a few days.  Even if it hasn't completely, it shouldn't affect the ability to perform a rhinoplasty or the outcome.  Best inform your rhinoplasty surgeon as soon as possible and get their personal opinion.  Best wishes.
