Kybella before and after Chin liposuction - will more Kybella help my chin area? (Photos)

I had three rounds of Kybella. After a year I had chin liposuction Now after 8 months I’m still not happy with one side And my plastic surgeon wants to do another Kybella now. Just looking for an opinion

It is safe to have Kybella after a chin implant, although, in order to avoid disrupting healing after surgery, I would recommend waiting 8 weeks post op, prior to injection.

The skin laxity in your photos would achieve a better result with tightening of the skin via a mini-facelift. I use Kybella but it is not indicated in your case. My experience with threads is the same as yours and we don't use them in my practice.
