Why am I dizzy with blurred vision five days following a breast reduction? Could it be meds or over-exertion?

Last prescribed narcotic pain reliever was 4 days ago and managing pain with Tylenol and IBP. I took Flozine yesterday morning for nausea and lorazepam before bed. I normally have ritalin 10 mg twice daily, but have started with a half morning dose the day after surgery. I have been exerting myself with my kids a little the last two days (has been very tough on me). Is this the lorazepam? Or that I'm not resting enough? thanks so much
