What can be done about this fat roll underneath my breast after a reduction? (photos)

Dear hslla,I would suggest you to wait for at least 4-6 months after the surgery to see the final results. There is a chance that it will go away without any intervention. However, if it stays then a liposuction or surgical removal might be an option. The skin excess in the vertical vector was insufficiently addressed with this lift; vertical lifts primarily address horizontal vectored skin excess.  Additionally, you have excess areola skin. An ABPS certified/ASAPS member surgeon who specializes in revision breast surgery will be able to address both issues once you have fully healed, approximately 6 months. This will require circumferential re-excision of the areolar perimeter and converting to an anchor incision. Best of luck!

This may represent residual skin.  Often this small area goes away and I would give it about 6 months or so. If it doesn't, you can always trim is out.

Thanks for your question. It might continue to smooth out on its own, but if not, I would suggest some touch-up liposuction or directly cutting that skin away and closing it in the natural crease under your breast. Best wishes
