What can be done about this fat roll underneath my breast after a reduction? (photos)

I had my breast reduction done 10 weeks ago with the lollipop incision. I am concerned because as my left breast has settled there is now a large fat roll underneath my breast. Is there anything that can be done about this? Is there a chance it will go away on its own?
