I’ve had undereye filler done for about 7 years but for the past year or so I have had intermittent swelling under my eyes . The swelling lasts 2-5 days and has gotten progressively worse. About 2 months ago, I started dissolving and have had about 4-5 rounds but still have sever swelling episodes about 2x per month. I’ve been to an allergist , ent and general doctor and they haven’t been able to help aside from steroids and antibiotics as a precautionar. I’m looking for ultrasound guided

Hi @Reserved274106. It appears that the filler was placed too superficially. I recommend dissolving the area with Hyaluronidase.
