This is both eyelid and brow ptosis. However, men naturally have lower set brows. The eyelids however could benefit from ptosis repair (Left more so than right). You may be a good candidate for a "scarless" internal approach. I recommend you see an oculoplastic surgeon!
Hi DCYoung!Seems like you had a blepharoplasty and what you're noticing is a superior sulcus deformity. This is often seen when too much fat is taken during the time of surgery. Possible options are fat grafting or filler to the superior sulcus which can give more volume and more of a youthful look.
Looks like lower eyelid retraction. Lifting eyelids could help eyelid closure and therefore help alleviate evaporative dry eyes or any dryness related to closure or blink. However, I do not know if a canthopexy would be enough to raise this degree of retraction. Sometimes we also place spacer grafts etc. Need to see an oculoplastic surgeon.
This is ptosis. Looks like you can certainly benefit from a repair. As previously mentioned, find an ASOPRS Oculoplastic surgeon!
Sorry you are going through this Ellana. A lot of times during ocular surgery, an eyelid speculum is used to keep the eye open for surgery. This eyelid speculum can stretch a muscle in the eyelid and cause a smaller, droopier eyelid post-operatively. This is not uncommon. You should see an oculoplastic surgeon and confirm this is the case. We can measure the position of the eyeball in the eye socket and make sure there is nothing orbital or eye socket related going on.
