I have this tiny , what I think is a mole on my cheek. Can it be removed with minimal scaring ?

Mole removal begins with a comprehensive examination and consultation to determine the likelihood of a mole being worrisome. Excisional and incisional biopsies are reserved for suspicious moles. But it’s good news that most moles are not problematic and are only cosmetic, thus leading to the option of scarless or non-surgical mole removal with lasers and RF and plasma. The problem with scarring is that it is unpredictable. An important part of how someone scars is genetic, scarring is something you inherit from your parents.So the simple answer to your question is a mole like yours can be removed with minimal scarring in some people. However, it is not possible to know how you personally would scar if your mole was removed.
I advise you to have an in person consultation with a suitably qualified and experienced plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns and what may be possible.
