Will mole removal 5 years after rhinoplasty cause harm to my bridge implant?

I have had a rhinoplasty with implant taken from rib in Feb 2018. Recently I had a mole on my nasal bridge. Considering I have an implant under the nasal bridge, is it okay to have the mole removed by a dermatologist? Will it cause any harm to the implant underneath? Will it lead to an infection of my implant?
