What are these lumps around my eyes, and is there a treatment for them? (Photo)

Hello! I’ve had these lumps just below my eyebrows for years, and I believed it had to do with over-plucking my eyebrows when I was a teen. But, this morning I awoke with a new one on my nose next to my eye- where I never grow hair. I’m very self conscious of these lumps. Does anyone know what they are, and is there a treatment available for them?
