I have severe side pain after JP removal -- should I go to the hospital?

I had a panniculectomy procedure 12/13/17 and JP's removed 12/26/17. Since the removal of the JP on the left side I'm having severe side cramping and I have to walk hunched over. Should I go to the hospital or will the pain improve with time?
