I have a chronic skin condition that because of the location impedes the healing of the rash. As a result the expectation of this rash to improve are slim. My insurance will not pay for me to see a Plastic Surgeon but will allow me to see a General Surgeon. I am therefore looking for a good General Surgeon that has experience with this type of surgery.
