I have been approved to have a panniculectomy after weight loss. I had found a surgeon where I could offset full tummy and lipo out of pocket. However he was out of network and surgery center was just as pricey as my offset cost. I am trying to find someone in network with anthem blue cross.

Congratulations on being approved for the surgery.  Anthem Blue Cross should have an on-line directory of plastic surgeons who are participating physicians.
