Can I breastfeed my baby after surgery?

I'm getting my BBL surgery done at dr boris comsemtic but the problem is I'm breastfeeding can I still breastfeed my baby after my surgery? Or I can't breastfeed at all? I need a answer ASAP !!! I want my surgery already I'm nervous but I know it's only to be worth it. I read on other reviews that within a hour I could breastfeed but I'm still unsure if it's safe I need a accurate answer.
