Why does my butt look flat after bbl? The center is supposed to be round but its flat and hard.

Had my surgery done a week ago and there was about 1000cc injected it is high and kid of wide and flat in the middle. Its like my same butt just wider and flatter and harder. I was hoping to get a round butt is just wide. I was excited to have several procedures done and now im discouraged to spend more money.

If your surgeon has produced hundreds of good results, then your buttocks will likely change and obtain a better shape.Find
 a  board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of   
Brazilian buttlifts each year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's   
website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can

Thanks for the question and provided information as well. 
You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. After a BBL, only about 70% of the transferred fat cells will survive, so it is normal to see a minor reduction in your buttocks. If you have any concerns, I suggest you to follow up close with your plastic surgeon.

I think that you have to give it time to heal. Whenever I see a patient for BBL I always thoroughly go over the areas that they wish to contour.
