I don't think drinking modest amounts of coffee has any effect on breast tissue. I don't see any reason to discontinue it in your present situation.

You probably got a dose of an antibiotic through your IV prior to surgery which is usually sufficient.  Also, studies show that the incidence of infection with breast implant surgery is extremely low, with or without an antibiotic.  I am one of those doctors who gives patients...

I don't think you can tell from a photograph or do the implants are above or below the muscle. To me the breasts appear artificially supported which occurs of capsular contracture. Dealing with the contracture is the best way to get a natural look.
