I currently have cup B boobs which are not bad but definitely not amazing! (See attached photo). I am a little worried about various complications down the line, multiple surgeons and BII. Can you please give your opinion on what I would need in order to achieve my attached dream natural look boob job attached? Was thinking moderate profile but will these sag more than high profile over time?

Answer: Breast augmentation HelloThank you for the question. The best is to meet a plastic surgeon to go through different implants and look that you like. Mod implants will not give you the desired look, I suggest xtra gel in mentor or ergonomix in motiva. Associated risks can be discussed in your appointment

After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Answer: Mini lift with fat transfers or small implants The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.
