Is it possible for one breast to not be able to hold as much cc's as the other? Why do I need to wait 3 mo for revision?(photos)

PS put in a 220cc in 1 and 520cc in other? He says my left breast would not close.I also had a lift with implants. My left nipple was turning black so he removed the 520cc, I had to wait 3 weeks with only 1 implant in and now after surgery I was told I need to wait 3 months due to scar tissue and he couldn’t close the 520cc so instead he replaced it with a 220cc. I’m very confused. PLEASE HELP!
