In February 2007 I had my first breast augmentation. I had 270 cc, saline implants, moderate profile. The right breast ended up "falling out" or "bottoming out." A different surgeon attempted to fix the problem by stiching my right breast almost up to my collar bone and having me do excercises after the surgery to encourage it to drop into place. This surgeon also filled the same in plants with 100 more ccs. After 6 months the right breast fell out again and was disfigured. Both breasts had capuslar contraction. A third surgeon removed the saline implants, removed all the scar tissue, and replaced the implants will 260 cc silicone implants. He did not attempt to fix the fall out problem with the right breast. He said it didn't think it was necessary. However, the right breast was still lower than the left. This same surgeon did a second surgery on me 5 weeks later. This time he loosend the pocket on the bottom left because my nipple on the left breast was off center (closest to my side), which allowed the implant to become fuller on the bottom and the nipple to become more centered. As for the right breast, he stiched up the pocket on the bottom and side to fix the fall out. It has been one week and now the right breast is higher than the left!! Will it drop? Should i try to encourage it to drop by wraps or massages? Or will this cause the stitches to break?
