For reference I'm 28 (f), no children, 5'9", and currently a 36D/38C. My goal is more upper pole fullness and projection. I am not a afraid of the "fake" look. I have sent images to a doctor for a virtual screening and they are recommending a lift. I don't believe I require a lift based on reviewing before and afters of other women. What would you recommend (lift or no lift, over/under, silicone/gummy bear, and what CC's)? Thanks in advance!

Answer: Breast lift Thanks for your question! To get the best surgical outcome, I agree with doing a breast lift. If you just do an implant, your breasts will be larger but will still appear heavy and droopy. I might advise seeking a second opinion in person. Good luck!

Answer: Bellesoma Method If you are already a 36D/38C then implants will not solve your problem. Your breasts are too low on the chest wall and pointing down and out. The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
