Hi! I am 5'7" tall and 150 pounds, 35in around chest. At the appointment fo breast implants the surgeon said I dont need a lifting and 470cc would fit me good. He told me about an internal lifting without scars with the470cc implants. Do you think I need a lifting? Also is 470cc to much for my measurements? I would like a Dcup. I will attache a picture with my breasts so you can see how it looks. Thank you!

Answer: Bellesoma Method Your breasts are too low on the chest wall. Adding implants will make them larger and lower. The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Do I need a Breast Lift? Hello and thank you for posting. No, I do not think you need a lift. Filling out your breasts with the correct size implants will give you great results. Because you are 5’7’’ and are looking for a D cup, 470cc does look like a good opción. i would not go bigger because bigger heavier implants may lead to faster breast ptosis. Best of Luck, Dr. Miguel Mota
