Answer: Break Out on Chest After Breast Implants
Hi! Thank you for your question,
I am Dr. Speron, a proud member of both the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ASAPS). I am also certified with the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
It is pretty unlikely for silicone implants to cause an outbreak on your chest. I recommend that you schedule a follow appointment with your plastic surgeon for further examination.
Below are some links for additional information and before and after pictures.

Answer: Breast implants do not cause the breakout of the skin.
Silicone implants do not cause cutaneous eruptions over the chest wall. This should be investigated by your surgeon who may refer you to dermatologist.
