Can I get a Brazilian Butt Lift if i'm skinny? I'm 5'2 and 100 - 110 lbs.

Question

I don't want to go for implants, but I feel like I don't have enough fat for the procedure. I'm 5'2 and I weigh around 100-110. I have no type of shape and I was wondering if I can still get the procedure done to achieve a thin but still hourglass shape.

A good candidate has enough fat available for transfer in the procedure. The amount of fat that can be transferred in a BBL depends on how much fat the patient has to harvest and the amount of space there is to move the fat into. It is recommended for the patient to have a BMI of 30 or less. If you are too thin, a Brazilian Butt Lift may not be possible.

I have been pleasantly surprised by a number of women who do not carry much fat on them but who do obtain a lovely result from fat transfer to the buttocks. It is essential to perform a thorough exam to determine just how much fat is available. Frequently more areas need to be liposuctioned to obtain enough fat but each person is unique. Slender patient typically don't need as much fat transferred to get a good result as a more full figured woman. Present techniques of fat grafting generally factor in a 50% loss of the grafted fat. Consequently, more fat is needed initially to have enough left to sustain this loss and still have a worthwhile result. From your measurements I fear you have inadequate donor fat to get the job done. Unless you gain a substantial amount of weight prior to the procedure you will be a poor candidate for this approach to buttock augmentation.
