Botox results last on average 3 months, but varies on the individuals metabolism.
The faster your metabolism and if you move that muscle a lot then the shorter the life span of the filler.

The open-tip method has the advantage of allowing increased visibility and full access to the internal nasal structure. With the closed method, each side of the nose is worked on separately, which is sufficient for certain procedures. With the open-tip method there is more control for the surgeon both in making very precise millimeter sized adjustments, and in placing stabilizing sutures in the cartilage.

I see significant bruising so you can only be about 7-14 days post surgery. This is still very early on in recovery so what you are experiencing may be due to swelling which causes you to have an altered sensation. I would really not worry as it should come to pass. Give it some time.

I had wanted a nose job since I was a kid. I had a bulbous nose and it had a bump. It made me incredibly self conscious. Since day one all of my questions were answered. I initially wanted to have the fat transfer procedure done. Dr. Simoni addressed all of my concerns and was accompanied by Shannon, “practice manager”. I came to find that I wasn’t a good candidate for the fat transfer procedure. Other surgeons did not inform me about the possible effects of having this procedure done and wanted to move forward. I’m very pleased with Dr. Simoni’s honesty. I had the "blue face peel" last week and everything went so perfectly. The front office as usual was so kind, always ensuring I was comfortable and not in pain. The back office staff helping Dr Simoni was very kind and compassionate, ensuring I was comfortable. Dr Simoni was wonderful, and so very caring, explaining everything he did, step by step and being sure to give me careful follow up care instructions so I would benefit as much as possible from the procedure.
My experience with Dr. Simoni has been only positive. After the amazing results from having an eye lid lift done last summer, and all the compliments from friends and clients that I looked so much younger, I decided at the end of the year to have the "Simoni Lift" and the sum total result is amazing.
