Payman Simoni, MD (in memoriam)

I had wanted a nose job since I was a kid. I had a bulbous nose and it had a bump. It made me incredibly self conscious. Even though I live in New York where there are a lot of amazing plastic surgeons, I always noticed that New York women all had the same nose - the "New York nose." Very slim and kinda pinched looking. I was worried that if I went to a New York plastic surgeon I would end up with that nose and would no longer look like myself. Dr. Simoni's before and after photos all looked like better versions of the person, and they were not all the same. So I did a Skype consultation with Dr. Simoni and flew out to Beverly Hills for the procedure. Dr. Simoni was very nice and very realistic with my expectations. As a result, I am quite happy with my nose! I would have liked it to be a little slimmer but, hey, I got exactly what I asked for!

Since day one all of my questions were answered. I initially wanted to have the fat transfer procedure done. Dr. Simoni addressed all of my concerns and was accompanied by Shannon, “practice manager”. I came to find that I wasn’t a good candidate for the fat transfer procedure. Other surgeons did not inform me about the possible effects of having this procedure done and wanted to move forward. I’m very pleased with Dr. Simoni’s honesty. I’m happy that he has such a knowledge team as well. I’m pleased to say that I did walk out with a symmetrical nose and my breathing improved. Not only that, but Dr. Simoni was able to custom make a chin implant for me. I feel great about not having a retrognathic jaw line.

My appearance

I had the "blue face peel" last week and everything went so perfectly. The front office as usual was so kind, always ensuring I was comfortable and not in pain. The back office staff helping Dr Simoni was very kind and compassionate, ensuring I was comfortable. Dr Simoni was wonderful, and so very caring, explaining everything he did, step by step and being sure to give me careful follow up care instructions so I would benefit as much as possible from the procedure.

My experience with Dr. Simoni has been only positive. After the amazing results from having an eye lid lift done last summer, and all the compliments from friends and clients that I looked so much younger, I decided at the end of the year to have the "Simoni Lift" and the sum total result is amazing. Clients and acquaintances I have not seen for months sometimes do not recognize me! At a funeral this past week 3 people did not know it was me until I said hello and they recognized my voice, and it happened again today at a seminar. Everyone says how great, and young, I look. Yet no one realizes I had surgery, they think I have done something to my hair, or have new glasses or have lost weight. That is how natural my younger me looks. I would post my before and after photos but then everyone would know, LOL.

Nicest ever. He did my Botox in my forehead & filler in my lips & I’m so happy. He worked around my schedule and even something so small he calls & checks on you & answers all questions. I recommend especially as a new person to fillers and more.

Really loved going in to get my under eye circles zapped out by Dr Simoni!! It was super quick, pretty painless and I can actually see it working after just 1 session! I have 3 more sessions with the doctor and can’t wait to see the outcome again next time!! Highly recommended. Thanks doc!!

I have really bad dark under eye circles and had IPL which is a laser under eye treatment which really works and my dark circles are vanished now :) ! Really nice staff and doctor would recommend!!! :)

I found out about Simoni through the groupon deal for botox. It was my first time trying it but the nurse Shelly eased my worry and helped me relax. She did an amazing job! I've been back every 6 months since to refresh. I also suffer from hyper-pigmentation on my face due to hormonal imbalances. I have several melasmas on my face that have gotten pretty dark over the years. My dermatologist prescribed me Hydroquinone, a bleaching cream but after using it for a year with very little success in lightening them, I decided to go for a consultation with Dr. Simoni. He suggested I try Intense pulsed light (IPL) so I purchased a package of 4 treatments. I've since finished all of the treatments and finally see results! I don't have to pack on the make-up and my confidence is coming back. I uploaded a photo collage with the results.
