Hey!! In my pictures I always look so funny, I think it's because one eye is slightly crossed-uneeyed, plus a bit higher than the other one? Is there anything that could be done surgically about this?

Typically the biopsy and repositioning can be done all in the same surgery. Yes, I would always recommend a biopsy in this situation. Even a normal appearing lacrimal gland can sometimes have issues that would only be revealed by biopsying in the tissue. Best of luck!
