Is eyelid surgery the best option to correct my uneven eyes? (Photos)

Hey!! In my pictures I always look so funny, I think it's because one eye is slightly crossed-uneeyed, plus a bit higher than the other one? Is there anything that could be done surgically about this?

If there are suspicious signs or the gland looks abnormal, then biopsy is warranted. Otherwise biopsy is not necessary for purely prolapsed lacrimal glands especially when both sides are prolapsed as in your case.

The risk of going blind from orbital decompress can be as high as one case in 1000. The risk is less if no bone is removed. But proptosis is not why your eyes look prominent. If you ask surgeons for a particular surgery, someone will perform that surgery for you even if you don't actually need...

Sutures dont make a long term difference in terms of scarring. Absorbable sutures tend to come out/break a little easier so you have to more careful with touching and rubbing your eye. They are often more comfortable when lubricated so most common lo y are used on the lower eyelids so the eye...
