What treatment would you recommend for colored tattoo removal for yellowish/brown skin? (photos)

Hello, My skin is asian brownish, like beyonce tonality, maybe a bit darker and I have a colored tattoo on the chest with red, yellow, green, blue and purple. Is it possible to get a removal without hypopigmentation? Also, is it possible to remove those tonalities from my skin? If so, which treatment would be the more advisable? Thanks!
