Where can I get a small tattoo surgically removed in Southern California? (Photo)

Hi everyone I am interested in getting a small tattoo surgically removed because I want gone immediately so I can join the military but I can't find any place in California that will do it does anyone know where I can get this done. it is really small about an inch and a half in size I do not need the whole thing remove just the part that I have circled in the picture below is the only part that disqualifies me from joining and I need it gone fast due to age limit and laser takes a really long time.

If you are using a Q-switched laser and the ink is blue, green, purple, or recalcitrant black, the lack of frosting may indicate that a PicoSure laser is needed to remove your tattoo. Turning up the power on the Q-Switch laser will have no effect on removing your ink and can seriously damage...

I know this is an old post, but I'd like to respond for the sake of others reading this thread who may experience something similar. Many features of this recovery are concerning.  Two weeks out, this is a time the treatment area should be calming down, not flaring up with new symptoms....
