Where can I get a small tattoo surgically removed in Southern California? (Photo)

Hi everyone I am interested in getting a small tattoo surgically removed because I want gone immediately so I can join the military but I can't find any place in California that will do it does anyone know where I can get this done. it is really small about an inch and a half in size I do not need the whole thing remove just the part that I have circled in the picture below is the only part that disqualifies me from joining and I need it gone fast due to age limit and laser takes a really long time.

The pico laser is the best treatment avlb at this time for tattoo removal.  But I will be doing clinical trials on a new device that is color blind to skin type and for any tattoo color soon that has amainzg results.  I suggest finding someone who specializes in lasers and tattoo removal.  Best, Dr. Emer.
