Thank you for your question and for sharing your photographs.  It appears that your incision line has suffered a small wound separation that is contributing to your yellow fluid leak.  Though your breast does not appear infected, it would be important to inform your surgeon of this so that they can follow you along closely in case any issues develop. Thank you for your question and photos.  It looks like you have some superficial wound separation.  It does not look infected from the pictures you provided.  I would recommend very close follow-up with your plastic surgeon during the healing process.  If you notice any redness or change in the character or smell of the draining you need to contact your surgeon immediately.  Follow your surgeon's instructions for wound care.  Best of luck in your healing process!
