Breast augmentation, yellow leak on incision two weeks post op? (Photo)

Thank you for your question and for sharing your photographs.  It appears that your incision line has suffered a small wound separation that is contributing to your yellow fluid leak.  Though your breast does not appear infected, it would be important to inform your surgeon of this so that they can follow you along closely in case any issues develop. Best to be checked up by your operating surgeon. It may not necessarily be an infection but you may have a seroma and the fluid is simply leaking out. Remember, an in person exam is always best whenever you have a question or are worried. Good luck!

It is not normal to have drainage from incision 2 weeks post-op.From your photos, you seem to have a superficial wound dehiscence.  Please visit your plastic surgeon to be evaluated since it has not resolved for a week.

Thank you for your question and photos.  It looks like you have some superficial wound separation.  It does not look infected from the pictures you provided.  I would recommend very close follow-up with your plastic surgeon during the healing process.  If you notice any redness or change in the character or smell of the draining you need to contact your surgeon immediately.  Follow your surgeon's instructions for wound care.  Best of luck in your healing process!
