My breasts are horrid. Saggy, spaced to far apart, huge pale areola. They sit very low on my chest. I'm losing weight, and they just look worse and worse. This is destroying my self confidence. I'm 24 years old and I'm a virgin, and a joke to friends who call me "nips." Is there something wrong and what can I do to fix it?

Answer: Unhappy with breast shape You have lost weight and looks like in the process, your breasts have lost volume and are sagging. When you have finished losing your weight, see a board certified plastic surgeon who can properly examine and evaluate you and recommend the best surgical options for you. Just based on your photos, you appear to be a good candidate for a full breast lift. Good luck!

Answer: Sagging breasts can be restored Hi nomorenips. Thank you for sharing your photos. Both your breast tissue and nipple areolar complex are sagging so a full breast lift is indicated. You may wish to use an implant to restore upper cleavage/fullness and help them look closer together. During the maneuvers of a breast lift, you can resize the areolae to be more proportionate. If your breast size is actively changing with weight loss, you may wish to wait until they stabilize before finalizing an implant size. Have a consultation with a plastic surgeon to go over the surgical techniques and different options on implant types. Hang in there, a beautiful result awaits you!
