Making the nose more balanced will bring more symmetry to the face. This will not change the position of the eyes. The position of the eyes is set by the orbit (bone) and supporting soft tissues.

Facial asymmetry is completely normal, and nearly everyone has some degree of variation between the eyes. Straightening the nose typically does not make eye asymmetry appear more noticeable. In fact, improving the balance of the nose often enhances overall facial harmony, which can draw attention away from asymmetry rather than toward it. Subtle differences can actually be quite natural and aesthetically appealing, as they add character and visual interest to the face.

Based on your photos, we can see a crooked nasal appearance, along with excess upper eyelid skin, and a left eyebrow higher than your right. You may be a candidate for upper eyelid blepharoplasty, if the excess skin bothers you. I would not be concerned at all about the slight difference in the height of your eyebrows on front view.
