Rhinoplasty with Asymmetrical eyes - will straightening my nose make my eyes more noticeable? (Photo)

Hi! I’m looking to get my nose straightened. The crookedness mainly is in the cartilage, making the profile of my face look completely different on either side. However, I am worried because I have asymmetrical eyes where one is higher than the other. If I get my nose straightened, will my eyes look more crooked or look worse than they are?

Based on your photos, we can see a crooked nasal appearance, along with excess upper eyelid skin, and a left eyebrow higher than your right. You may be a candidate for upper eyelid blepharoplasty, if the excess skin bothers you. I would not be concerned at all about the slight difference in the height of your eyebrows on front view. In my opinion, rhinoplasty surgery would not make your eyebrow asymmetry more apparent. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
