Or do your lips just go back to where they were? I heard someone say that when she got Juvederm, her lips weren't sucked dry after they dissolved, some was still left in. Also, does it really stimulate collagen production so your lips can help themselves get bigger?
Answer: Juvederm for lips Juvederm last anywhere from 6-12 months in the lips. When the product is layered over time it tends to last a little longer for some individuals. Having needles injected into the skin will also trigger your body to produce collagen which will help with the longevity of the juvederm.

Answer: If you get Juvederm injections, does any of it stay in your lips after the 12 month period? Most of the Juvederm placed in your lips will be gone by 12 months but it's not unusual for people to feel that they've kept some of the volume for a longer period of time. This might be due to collagen creation or due to persistence of some of the filler. In either case, if you need additional volume at 12 months or later additional filler can be added to maintain the result. Answer: How long Juvederm lasts in the lips Good question. In my experience, Juvederm usually lasts longer in the lips and underneath the eyes when compared to other areas. This still will vary from person to person, but I have clients who have had it last as long as a year and a half to two years when used in the lips.

In the lips, the effect can be somewhat longer -- around 9 to 12 months -- though not for every patient. With repeated injections, there can be some lasting volumization even after the filler is resolved due to collagen production by your body. This is not predictable however.
