When I look down it appears as though I have a double chin however I am underweight with no fat anywhere else so I don’t understand how this could be the case. I am 5’11 and 136 pounds.

Your chin seems to have better projection then the person in your example picture.
I suggest having a few in person consultations or maybe follow up with the surgeon who did your buccal fat removal.
