The blue/gray Tyndall Effect can be seen when hyaluronic acid is injected too superficially, especially in very thin-skinned regions, such as the under eyes. And since the results of treating the under eyes tend to last quite a long time--often several years, in fact, the persistence of the coloration that resembles a bruise is hardly surprising. The infraorbital region is not a region that should be left to novice injectors. What you have is not a bruise but a combination of two things. First there's a small vein running across the area and second you have a Tyndall effect which is translumination of blue color in ambient light caused by Restylane. I would recommend dissolving the Restylane with hyaluronidase and replacing it with your own fat. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City plastic surgery
