Filler gone wrong! I have done fillers for the first time in life by a reputable medical spa. After the treatment the area under my eye got bruised and turned darker after a week. I still have this bruise after one and half years and wondering how can I get rid of it? The nurse who did my filler she used Restylane half syringe for both of my eyes.

Answer: Hyaluronidase Can Work Well To Dissolve The Blue/Gray Tyndall Effect
For each cm2 of filler you need 10-20units of hyaluoronidase. voluma will take a few treatments, you need redlight at home to enhance the results (see link) and dermarolling helps. Best, Dr. Emer.
Dissolving lip filler with Hylaronidase can dissolve the lip filler but also break down your own natural supply of hylaronic acid which could lead to indentions. This means you take the risk every time you inject the lips with Hylaronidase. I usually only dissolve filler that I know won't...
Hi @Natural2011. Restylane can be dissolved immediately after injected if necessary. However, I would suggest waiting 1-2 weeks for swelling to subside.
Best of luck,
Dr. Nima
