Is it okay to use arnica gel after Infini?

I had Infini today with 3 passes. First at 2.5, second at 1.5 and third at 1. I have some swelling and some broken blood vessels and I can see slight bruising. Nothing too bad, but wanted to know if it isn't ok to put arnica on it? Thank you

This is unusual after Infini and might be the products placed on the skin. I would use steroid to reduce the redness and hives. If redness is greater than 2 weeks, a vascular laser should be used. Consider a 2nd opinion.

PIH after Infini is very unusual. This needs to be treated with hydroquinones, retin A, can chemical peels. Deeper passes and lower energies are needed to prevent this. It is also possible that you had underlying melasma and this was intensified with the treatments. Fraxel is more likely to...

This is a common post treatment occurrence especially on darker skin types. The track marks should gradually fade after 4-6 weeks time. In the meantime, you could be treated with the Spectra laser to encourage the exfoliation process.
