After braces are done, then start your veneers. Your teeth will be properly aligned and whiter, then your dentist will select the best color to match your teeth. The advantage of doing veneers without orthodontics is a faster result and no worry of relapse like you had the first time with orthodontics.  But the advantages of doing orthodontics first far out weighs not doing braces.  Your upper arch is very constriced and you have a severe crossbite in the posterior.  Orthodontics can give you a much broader smile, a proper bite and by expanding the arches give your tongue adequate space for proper breathing.  Constricted tongue space is a great indicator for sleep apnea at some point in your life.
