Why do I have dimples on the lower part of the buttocks after my BBL? It's been almost 4 weeks.

You are a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction to the back and flanks can be done and transferred to the buttocks. Please consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.

Currently there is no existing filler that is safe to use in your buttocks to enhance size except your own fat. I'm not sure what plastic surgeon would take on this risk. You would need to have it removed. Best of luck.

Patients undergoing lengthy procedures such as BBL will typically have a bladder catheter placed during the procedure for monitoring purposes. Occasionally, trauma from placement of the catheter can lead to transient hematuria (blood in the urine). This should clear fairly quickly. I would...

The cost depends on the amount of fat and if you are having the procedure done under sedation or general anesthesia.  It also depends on where you live.  In my practice, a BBL usually costs about $5000 to 10000.
